We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on selected hosting services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase or service activation, whichever comes first.

2. Eligible Services

Refunds are applicable only for the following services:

• Shared Hosting Plans

• WordPress Hosting

• Cloud Hosting (if applicable)

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Domain registration and renewal

• SSL certificates

• Add-ons and third-party services

• Setup fees (if applicable)

• Services suspended due to policy violations

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Bank/payment gateway processing may take additional time

7. Account Termination
